Hi there! Bienvenidos! I’m Sofia Robirosa. It’s great to see you here, looking for ways to transform your life and relationships. I work with individuals, couples and families that want harmony at home with their loved ones. I help them overcome the issues that are causing a disconnect with one another, while sprinkling a little of fun and empowering solutions resulting in more meaningful relationships. Infinite Therapeutic Services came from a dream to help others transform and nurture their lives and relationships. The infinite symbol means a lot to me because I believe that when doing something good for others, the impact is infinite.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Leader in Active Parenting for Children and Teens, a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), a Maternal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C), a public speaker, and an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I have an array of valuable experience that has helped me become specialized in relationship counseling, maternal mental health counseling, and anxiety issues in the last 10 years. Throughout my career I have worked in non-profit and for-profit settings providing self-referred and court-mandated services for adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families seeking help with issues in parenting, co-parenting, step-parent/step-child relationship issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, anger management, impulse control, trauma, academic performance, amongst others.
After my journey of working in agencies and substance abuse rehabilitation centers, I pursued my dream in 2014 of opening Infinite Therapeutic Services. I am very passionate about the fact that our team is specialized in different areas, at different price points, in different languages, so we touch the lives of many individuals.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
My goal is to provide my clients with the value of change in the issues that take them to seek therapeutic services in a safe environment with the least amount of sessions needed. I value the relationship with my clients, and this is why I strive to provide a strong therapist-client relationship. I also work with the notion that my clients own the strengths and answers to the problems they have, so I see myself as an instrument to help my clients find their strengths. I will explore with you the circumstances that generated the feeling of being “stuck” in a problem and help you find your strengths and answers.
I am one of a few specialized relationship Spanish speaking experts in Broward County. I believe that you should feel comfortable speaking with me, and language is definitely an important factor. Also, when you are looking to work on Maternal Mental Health or Parenting issues, I know the importance of working with someone who is an expert. You are trusting your most loved ones to the guidance of a stranger. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University for both my bachelor and master degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and in Business Administration. I have also continued to expand my expertise through continued education with research and evidence-based models. I have acquired training as a Leader in Active Parenting for children and teens, as well as advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Model for working with couples. Additionally, I have completed a certification in addictions (CAP) and I am a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Professional (PMH-C).
