As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, family, or couple, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices. I have significant experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Additionally, I am trained in The Gottman Method for couples, Mind-Body skills for individuals, and Active and Cooperative Parenting for families.

Professionally, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida. I am fully bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English. I hold an undergraduate degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family
Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
Personally,I was born in South America but have lived in the US for most of my adult life. I have always been an animal lover and rescuer, having spent many years saving sea turtles. I am also drawn to various creative hobbies that keep me engaged and never bored.
