Our staff will help schedule your session and send you an email with a link to complete the intake forms before your appointment.
For your sessions, we use a HIPAA-compliant (secure and encrypted) platform. It’s simple to use—just click the link you receive, enable your microphone and camera, and we’ll be able to see and hear you. No need to worry about anything else!
Things to Keep in Mind for Online Counseling

Choose a private space where you won’t be overheard—ideally a room with a door for added privacy.

Using a computer or tablet is recommended for stability, but a phone can work if it's your only option.

Before your session, check your settings to ensure your device allows the website to access your audio and webcam.

You will receive and email with a link to a portal to complete the intake paperwork. Once we receive them, 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment, it will confirm your attendance.

Are All Situations Suitable for Online Counseling?
No, in certain cases, in-person counseling is recommended. These include situations involving high conflict couples or families when seeking couples or family therapy, if you can't ensure a confidential space for your session, or if you're unfamiliar with or lack the necessary equipment for virtual sessions.

Can Counseling Be Entirely Done Online?
Yes, we can provide counseling services entirely online without you needing to visit our office. However, if you prefer, you can alternate between virtual and in-person sessions.
How long will it take to find relief through online counseling?
While treatment is a personalized approach and each case is unique, online counseling may offer relief with as as few as 8 sessions.
What If I’m Temporarily Living in Another State but Reside in Florida?
We are legally required to provide services only when you are physically in Florida, as that is where we are licensed. However, some states have different regulations, and we may be able to accommodate you depending on those laws. We would need to research the specific state's guidelines.
