Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, we need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems.
Everyone has hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.
You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.
Are you ready to find solutions?
Hello, Namaste, Welcome to my profile page!
Are you looking to get help for your teenager who might be struggling? I help teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, panic, deal with self-harm, eating disorders, feelings of emotional abandonment, have better relationships, maintain sobriety and to live a life of happiness.
I am eclectic in my orientation and offer a holistic, integrative approach to client-centered therapy, using cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and stress management.
I like to incorporate Yoga and Meditation to manage anxiety, depression, panic etc. Yoga is an effective tool and a coping skill that works in conjunction with therapy. I also use the EFT tapping techniques, while teaching you the methods of pressure points to relieve stressors.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I am the owner of BrowardNaturalHealing.com. I graduated from Florida International University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I also have a Masters in Business Administration.
I have been in private practice for 5 years, working with teens and adults. While helping teenagers I like to collaborate with parents, school counselors, pediatricians, and others to provide an optimum level of care.
I also help teens in applying to colleges and stay in college by identifying patterns affecting the student experience. I help the young clients facilitate connections with their academic advisors to faculty and other important staff members. My goal is to partner up with the team and help them succeed while managing anxiety, depression, substance abuse or any other school-related issues.
I enjoy traveling and love to spend time with my family and friends. I am an avid reader and enjoy reading books from different walks of life.
